Our Services

Orthopedic Manual Therapy & Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Massage (IASTM)

Orthopedic Manual Therapy consists of hands-on treatment rooted in maximizing the function of the musculoskeletal system, including massage, mobilizations, and manipulations.

IASTM is a manual therapy approach that targets soft tissue injuries and adhesions. Using medical-grade, stainless steel, ergonomically-designed tools, we create controlled inflammatory processes to accelerate tissue healing and the recovery process.

We take pride in our ability to deliver advanced manual therapy techniques and comprehensive care that treats the source of musculoskeletal conditions, not just the symptoms.

Exercise and Education

All of our patients are educated on a home exercise program that empowers them to be equal partners in the rehabilitation process. As the course of therapy progresses, so does our patients’ ability to perform progressive exercise.

Our philosophy and our goal is to provide patients with the necessary tools to maintain their health on their own, even after discharge.

Modalities & Dry Needling

Our practice incorporates important and effective physical therapy modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound and mechanical traction.

We also offer dry needling - a new technique, supported by Western medicine principles and research that allows us to target tissues that we cannot reach with just our hands.

Let us relax your muscles, increase your blood flow, and improve your movement with dry needling at Dynamic.
